Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
The symptoms occur usually due to benign eye floaters which are secondary to undissoved particles in vitreous of eye. They are harmless.

In case, your daughter feels that there is sudden increase in number and they are associated with flashes of light then immediately visit an ophthalmologist for complete eye examination. It may be a sign of vitreous detachment. Early intervention in such cases are associated with good outcomes.

Hopefully this will help you.
Take care
