Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be impetigo. It is a bacterial skin infection of skin usually caused by Staphylococcus. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

Investigations may be needed to find out the internal disease. Local and oral antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, an antiseptic solution like Savlon for cleansing the scalp etcetera may be considered.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel
