Suggest Treatment For Scabies And Shingles

I have been to several doctors in two years. I have been treated for scabies 4 timesMy hands will blister and itch until I actually tear the skin. I have ask to be treated for shingles as this is a lot like it. I am about to go crazy with the itching and burning. I take atarax and Benadryl. nothing helps. Please give me some hope.
