Suggest Treatment For Rotator Cuff Syndrome

past 1 week i am suffering from rotator cuff doctors gave me some medicines now its ok but he adviced me not to play cricket for weeks due to this in the future can i play cricket or not ? i love cricket my age is 18 if i.do not play at this age no chance in future ri8 naa so is there is achance note i am not a professional cricket player

If you were diagnosed with Rotator Cuff syndrome, rest and not lifting heavy objects forms the key to recovery, depending on the range of injury. You are advised to take full rest, and allow the tendons to heal properly, it will be good for your future, as in case the recovery is not complete, you may face issues in the future.
