i have ringworms in my buttocks and in the left sole of my feet. They keep coming in again and again even after using ointment Tyza. The skin have become scaly in my sole. Even tiny spots tend to appear on my fingers which become scaly later on....Please advise.

Hello respected,

i can understand the problem , how itchy it can be , the ringworm infection.

You should take itaconazole capsule , antihistamines like levocetrizine, and terbinafine cream as you have applied.

but you must continue the treatment for at least one and half month.because now a days reccurance rate is too high..you must applt Whitefield s ointment too two times a day to prevent reccurance.

Continue treatment for at least 2 weeks even after clearance of skin lesions.

Thank you
