I have fluttering on my the right side of my neck, accompanied by some lightheadedness. Comes & goes, it s sporadic. I ve had a very bad sinus infection the last couple weeks as well as severe fatigue prior to these palpitations. I ve been to the ER twice with fear of heart issues but all my vitals, EKG, lung xrays & blood work return fine. 2 days ago my clavicle was perforated & I felt my neck get a lil tight almost as if it were a spasm accompanied with some soreness on both sides of my chest, once again went to the ER & everything came back normal. My only real health issues are gastric but I m wondering if it s affecting other areas of my health. I m mostly active, always busy but the last couple weeks I haven t felt like myself. What can be going on?
