Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Abdominal Pain

I am having terrible abdominal pains.

Mostly on the right side of my stomach. It come in rolling pains.

When I lay down for a while it will start, but then when I sit up it goes away.

However when staying in a sitting possition for to long I get the pain again.

It repeats after a while no matter what possition I go or return to.
