Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here... Yes , I cut my finger right on the bone under the knuckle bone on my middle finger , and it’s been almost 2 years . The thing is that that joint is swollen on my middle finger and when I close my finger all the way, it locks . Could it be something serious?

Consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated, most probably it will be due to initial stages of arthritis.
As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Diclofenac for pain relief.
