Suggest Treatment For Resistant Scabies On Neck

Resistant scabies not able to achievee adequate Rx despite prescriptionn of permithren 1% X 2 neck down X 7 days X 2. Am cleaning left home to sleep in isolation room caereful contact precautions ; home remedies including feedstore pesticides permethrin/ ivermectin applied topically every 2 hours while awake.

You seem to have taken adequate treatment for scabies but still the problem is persisting .

You can try alternate agents like gbhc or crotamiton .

Re infection from another infected person can be a cause .

You cab additionally take oral ivermectin along .
