hiii my father is having it.what should be the treatment done for removal of lipoma? is the surgery is the best method? what should be the control on his diet? why they were occuring? i have been surgered once and again near to the place i am seeing it ? what should be done ? please give me a answer ?

before surgery it should be confirmed by clinical examination and aspiration biopsy can be done. it can be left like that since it is slow growing and harmless.ultimately can go for surgical removal.
