Suggest Treatment For Redness And Bumps In The Eye

I have red eye for last three months. I was told I had conjunctivitis and was prescribed Milflox. I used the drops for 7 days but the relief was temporary.. Then I was put on Lotepred for a week. That also gave temporary relief and redness came back. Then again I used Milflox every four hours for a week. But I was back to square one. I can also see a small bump in white area of the eye. Can you help me?

Hi there.

A white tiny bump on your eye could be a Pingecula. It can resolve on its own or after surgical removal. It is possible you have a resistant infection such needs to be treated more aggressively. Kindly consult your Doctor immediately. Keep your eyes clean. Apply warm packs to the closed eyes for relief. Apply Ketoprofen eye drops for pain and inflammation relief.
