Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Feet From Ruptured Vein
I have very small broken blood vessel spots on my feet and calves that make my feet and legs look like there are dirty spots. In the sun I can also see raised white spots. Trying to pick them off is almost impossible. There is no itch. I took a steroid to make the red spots stop forming but it left them all brown like scars. What is this?
