i get red spots on my palms n finger tips that hurt and there is a little discoloration of my palms and especially on my finger tips and off lately there's severe throbing pain on my palms time to time at different places. i'm nt able to hold a pen and write for a long time and to top that my palms feel very dry. i have noticed i get this sort of a thing during my exams. Can you plz help me out here.
