Suggest Treatment For Red Sore Throat, Congested Nose, Pain And Discomfort

My throat is really red and sore, and nose is congested. All these symptoms started two days ago when I was spray painting on something. Now the condition is bad and is causing me a pain and discomfort. I tried taking Ibuprofen but of no help. Please suggest me some good remedy.

Thanks for using HCM, I understand your concern and will try to give you my medical advice, when you sprayed you inhaled all chemical suspended in the air now you have some irritation in that area, I recommend you to take some antihistamines and use a nasal decongestant, some gargle( aloe vera with honey) 3 times/day is and excellent option to reduce the symptoms. I hope that my advice has been helpful, take care
