Suggest Treatment For Red Rash On The Upper Back

hello my wife is 25 years old and she recently got a red rash on her upper back just below the shoulders area in between the arm pits on the left hand side .The rash is real big a cricket ball size and the same shape it has small grain like appearance but red.We are worried don’t ono what it is it is not so itchy but some times she feel flame feeling their.please help us to know what is this ? Looks like a big ring worm.

Hello respected,
according to your description the condition matches with the ring worm infection.

You should take itraconazole 100mg capsule,
daily one, for at least 1 month,
antihistamines like levocetrizine 5 mg at night,
terbinafine cream .and Whitfield s ointment.
continue treatment 2 weeks beyond clearance of rash to avoid chance of recurrence

do get prescribed by your GP or dermatologist.
