Suggest Treatment For Red, Pus Filled Rashes On And Around The Anus
8 year old child with red rash and pus on anus and surrounding area including buttocks crack. Was on a 1 week course of antibiotics (amoxicillin). During the course the rash subsided and the pus stopped. 2 days after the corse of antibiotics the rash came back along with pus and bleeding during bowel movements. No pain, no itching.

It could be a furuncle or perianal abscess.
If there is more pus, it has to be drained surgically.
Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.
