Suggest Treatment For Red Eye After Something Fell Inside

My husband was under a sink saturday and something fell in his eye. He isn't sure what. We have flushed his eye several times but the eye is red and now white goop is coming out. Where do I take him to get it looked at. What else can we do? Do we go to the dr or optomitrist er urgent care what?

Hi
It is mild form of conjunctivitis, got due to contamination with water or hands.
Put antibiotic drops like tobramycin along with Lubricating drops for a few days.
It will be alright.
Now do not rub the eyes and no water splashing
