What Is The Treatment For Red Eye Infection?

I just met with a person with Red eye infection and am afraid i too will get the infection.

I have important meetings coming up this week and am afraid i will look ugly with a red eye.

Any precautionary medication, so that i do not get a red eye.

I already got red eye once in my school days and it is horrible experience.

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you met a person with red eye and you are afraid regarding spread of infection to you.
If a person is suffering from red eye caused by conjunctivitis there are chances of him spreading it to others if he is having infective discharge.
If you come in close contact with him then there are chances of you getting infection.
This can be prevented by use of prophylactic antibiotic eye drops.
Hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you
