Suggest Treatment For Red And Painful Pimple On Leg

I popped a pimple on my leg a couple days ago. Before I popped it, it was very painful and red. The red area around the pimple has spread out and is painful and warmer than the skin that is not red. Do I need to go to the doctor for some type of infection?

Well come to HCM
This may not be infection but could be just induration (swelling) and this can be minimize with anti-inflammatory drug and best option would be "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, do not try to squeeze this because this may increase the swelling, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
