General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
Thank you for contacting HCM.

I have gone through your question and I will try my best to give you a satisfactory answer.
You seem to be suffering from UTI as indicated by urine analysis report. If I were your treating physician I would like to perform a urine culture to find out to which drug is the bacteria most sensitive and then start treatment according to the report while maintaining a good glycemic control.
As you have mentioned you have already taken medicine for this UTI, I would recommend you now consult your local physician for detailed clinical evaluation and further management accordingly as repeated intake of medicine may cause the bacteria to become resistant.
Meanwhile use citraalka sachet as they reduce the acidity of the urine thus stopping the infection from spreading. Maintain a good hydration level and take good care of your personal hygiene.

I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you good health.
