Suggest Treatment For Recurring Tache Cardiac Problem

i have tache cardiac problem first occured when i was 23. now i am 45. Since then i have been experencing the problem after interval of 3-4 years. But now in 45th year the problem is recurring after 3-4 months. What is your advice. What should i do when in problem.

There are many causes of tachyarrythmia's.
It can be due to Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia or it can be due to Ventricular tachycardia.
I also need to see your ECG.
Send me your ECG.
I ll make probable diagnosis on ECG and then would be able to discuss further treatment options.
