Suggest Treatment For Recurring Pain In Tip Of Penis And Tight Foreskin

HI. About 6 months ago i started getting quick shocking pains at the head of my penis. I washed it thoroughly using antibacterial soap. It seemed to ease the pain dramatically though there was a slight irritation from time to time (like a cross between a pressure and an ache) but no where near as bad as it was. then about 2 to 3 weeks later the irritation returned more severely and almost constantly. my GP started me on a dose of antibiotics and again it helped dramatically, though once again with miner irritation. Towards the end of the course I awoke to the tip of my penis itching really bad. I once again washed it thoroughly using antibacterial soap which helped, but the next day my foreskin had closed so I could no longer retract it (though I could urinate) I am unsure if the cause of this was an infection or maybe I was a little rigorous in drying my penis with a towel (It did not feel like I was but who knows) my GP prescribed Canesten cream and Betnovate cream. After 10 days it fixed itself as quickly as it came. for the last month or so I have had irritation but not as bad as it had been in the past (nothing I could not live with) until today when I started getting a pain on and around the tip of my penis (It happens periodically every 20 to 40 minutes) it feels like I am passing something through the tip of my penis or (strangely) the same pain but at the side of the head of my penis. I have been treated for thrush with no effect. Started a new course of antibiotics (as a hold over) but it never had the same results as the first time. It does not hurt to touch or urinate, and the GP could not see (visually) anything wrong. Though when I pull my foreskin back to clean, The base of the head of my penis just above the grove (sorry do not know the technical terms) looks darker/ bruised, it has for a while. and STD s where ruled out. I was sure it was f balanitis (everything seemed to point to it) but my GP said the Thrush meds and creams would of sorted that out. The creams did clear the red rash that had formed on the head of my penis under the foreskin (sorry forgot to mention that). i do have a slightly tight foreskin, but it is only a problem when erect and no problem when flaccid. I am waiting to see a Urologist / specialist in a few weeks but the pain is so severe now, and the thought of waiting for nearly two weeks like this is quite distressing. and my GP / Doctors have no Idea what the problem is. Please help. Any advice would be received gratefully.
