Suggest Treatment For Recurring Oral Herpes Infection

hello - i started taking valacyclovir for oral herpes (which, ... i NEVER EVER HAD, .... until i woke up in the hospital a couple months ago, after my spine surgery. someone there somehow infectedme. ... i had a tough time getting the medication filled... and... i procrastinated and it got worse... until my back and stuff was OUT OF CONTROL! .... i took the 4 days of meds, every 12 hours i took 4 pills ... and, it helped GREATLY. ... THING IS... i ran out... and the symptoms were still retreating.. but... definitely STILL THERE. now... a week later... the infection is growing again ... and every day i m worse and worse (my breathe is so hot! .... because of fever, i guess) .... i have one refill.... i should probably go fill that and start taking it again immediately, right??? thank you so much@! i m so lost and confused!
