As per your complain diarrhea and vomiting can be due to a number of causes like stomach infection or Gastroenteritis, stomach flu, parasitic infestation, electrolyte imbalance, food allergies, food intolerance etc.. I would suggest you to start with fluid replacement therapy by drinking plenty of Oral Rehydration Solution.. Drink plenty of water and other fluids to replenish electrolyte and water loss.. Take a semisolid diet and add more of bananas and cereals in diet.. Do not keep hungry and eat every after 2 hours.. You can take Zinc supplements and also Loperamide or Furozolidone to reduce loose motions.. In case of you still does not improve in a week or symptoms worsen consult a Gastroenterologist and he can advise you investigations like Blood tests, stool culture etc to confirm thae cause and treat accordingly.. Antibiotics like Tinidazole and Norfloxacin can be given for bacterial infection.. Anti parasitic drugs like Albendazole can be given for Parasitic infestation. Hope this information helps..
