I have good strong Appetite and go for bowel movement daily early morning after drinking 4 glasses of warm water it creats good pressure ,and when I go for bowel movement,i see it s brown( dirty) and no bad smell and feel relaxed when I poo initially but there s a layer of foam that forms around my toilet pot and few days ago I suffered from viral fever and after that I am seeing some white mucous type thing and I feel relaxed though after bowel movements but sometimes I feel there s bit of potty left inside it just feels like that sometimes only not always ,and that time I create pressure by my own then also Nothing comes out but only few drops of poo or may be m.not sure mucous or white spit like thing otherwise I have no problem,i m going to gym and taking few whey proteins which help me to gain weight nd eating healthy fibet rich food also ,I m going for a stool test now to see what s actually inside and I had done a stool test before and it came out like semi formed with mucous,dirty brown in colour , acidic ( not mentioned the range as now m going for pH test of stool also )and no parasites,no ova,no Bacteria found, what might be doing this ?This is 1 St tym I m seeing this
