Hi, I am frequently being diagnosed with Throat infection, the frequency here is once every three months. So I get throat infection and then I take antibiotics after consulting doctor which includes Novaclox, and then I am all right for about 3 months, and fall sick with same symptoms again. Can you please guide me how can I avoid the relapse of the issue?
If you are having repeated tonsillar infections, you may want to consider a tonsillectomy.
This is a surgical procedure which involves removal of the tonsils.
If this is not an option for you then you would may want to consider the use a wide range of fruits and vegetables, probiotics and supplements, to try to boost your immune system.
I hope this helps
