Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi there.

You could be having pinching of the nerve from Lumbar spinal stenosis or nerve root compression avoid lifting heavy weights or bending forwards. Wear Kumar belt for support. Consult your Orthopaedic surgeon for proper diagnosis based on clinical examination and necessary investigations like Xray or MRI as necessary.
