Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. If the cause of itching is allergy as you believe it to be, undergo allergy test to find out the cause of allergy. Once the cause of allergy is known it will much easy to control the allergy by avoiding allergen exposure, thereby you will not need any kind of medication.
If the cause of is not allergy then moisturize your skin well, drink plenty of water to keep skin hydrated. Make sure that the surroundings are clean with no mites or insects that may cause infest and cause itching. Avoid hot shower, instead use lukewarm water to prevent skin dryness.
Good luck. Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
