Suggest Treatment For Recurrent UTI And Urethral Irritation

I didn t have sex,but i had genital skin contact with a female, who happened to have UTI(urinary tract infection)...and right after almost a week of this encounter i have been having trouble ejaculating while masturbating...the pressure right before ejaculation is fine but as the ejaculate reaches the shaft it feels like as if it is blocked or slowed down and hence instead of thrusting out it oozes slowly and the ejaculates color is also a bit yellow and after ejaculaion it feels as if all the semen has not been ejected and a slight pressure is felt on the points connecting the testicles and the shaft of penis and naval area. It feels like urethral strictue (not sure coz i am not a doctor) There also appeared a little white patch on the inside of my penis head after the encounter.....little inwards to the tip of my penis....the patch appears to be like a blister. There is no burning feeling while urinating but occasionally there is a slight irritation inside my urethra

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a physician and go for a urine culture and sensitivity.

Antibiotics have to be started accordingly.

Nothing much to worry and you will improve with antibiotics.

Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
