Hello my name is Claire and I am 19 this is so embarrassing but every time I got to the bathroom my rectum bleeds alot it stops after the first wipe but I have a giant scar on it I have been using potrolyum jelly but that doesn t seem to be working idk what s wrong but it is so painful I have a PIC of it if you would like

Rectal pain and bleeding are mostly suggestive of piles. For treatment you can take syrup cremaffine or syrup dufalac 15 ml stat at night. You can use lignocaine gelly for local application if pain is there. Take high fiber diet and avoid spicy or oily food. You can take hot sitz bath that is to sit into warm water for at-least 10-15 minutes two to three times daily.
