Suggest Treatment For Rectal Incontinence In A Person With Penile Cancer

I have numerous moles on my body, I had skin cancer in 2009, and the cancer was termed carciogenic, I think the disease is called boihns disease, I think, I have been taking Viagra and Levitra since 2001, Should I see dermatologist, to have them take a over all look at the rest of the skin eruptions, my skin cancer In 2009 was penial cancer, the dr. also removed a mole on my penis. I hope I spelled the disease correctly? I also had prostate cancer in 2001 , early stages , so I had seed implants. 2009 I also developed a fistula in my rectum, which I feel was cause by the penn hospital because I had a knot on the right side of my rectum, they used electrodes inside the wall where this fistula occurred, I went through two surgeries, and my rectum was cut and I want to know to the nerve cells reproduce , to get you back to normal functioning? I have little control of my rectum, in elimination, many times I have to run immediately to the bathroom. I think this was caused by unsanitary equipment being used at the penn hospital, therapy center, the only one to treat this kind of problem.
