Suggest Treatment For Rash On Leg And Knee

Hello I have a rash on right leg and left knee . I can t stop scratching . My right leg is red with about 3 wide 6 long. It started with red spots and got worse the more l scratch it. I even have some pain.l have used different over the counter medicines. And from my Dr. Hope you can help.

It seems to be a case of contact dermatitis or allergic dermatitis. If pain is associated then superadded infection may be there. It is better to consult a skin specialist to get a correct diagnosis.
