General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to a heat rash. I suggest to use cold compresses for local. I recommend to use a mild steroid cream such as Hydrocortisone cream for local application. I also recommend to maintain your nephew in a cool room and wear breathable clothes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
