Hi Thank you,My name is Sandi,I hope you can.This pass week I ve woke up several times early in morning usually around 4am with pain in my left calf it radiates up to about the bend of my knee.This last for your or longer.I can t sleep,it keeps me awake.Thank you.

That pain suggests of spasm of your calf muscles. I would suggest you to take rest and massaging your legs in warm water at least twice a day and also you can take diclofenac gel/ tablet if you feel the pain is severe. You'll be fine with these remidies in about a week.
