Suggest Treatment For Racing Heart While Undergoing Severe Domestic Stress

I was involved in an abusive relationship a couple years ago. My soon to be husband now, had fooled around on the internet with porn and trying to hook up with other women. this happened last year . I get really glittery and my heart races all the time. I try to let all of it go but i do not know how. what do you think i should do? Would therapy be good for me or is there something else i can do. This has been a big disturbance in my life, because of everything going on i can not concentrate and I just do not want to leave the house because i get a weird feeling when he is home and i feel like there are walls closing in on me. Sometimes it gets to the point of me physically shaking, and worrying about all of this. Please give me some advice.

I can understand your stress and agony you have been facing. The following are my recommendations:
1) Daily meditate for at least 5 mins.
2) Write a journal about your feelings.
3) Consult a clinical psychologist for therapy.
4) Drink more water and eat healthy food.
5) Being healthy helps in mental health too.
6) Daily exercise at least for 45 mins a day for 5 days a week. Exercise helps to fight stress.
7) If you still don't feel good, you may need medication. Then you may consult a psychiatrist.
Mostly, clinical psychologist therapy sessions regularly would help you come out of this.
