General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Patient,

the pyelonephritis should improve with the right (!) antibiotic and intake of enough fluid, there is nothing else that is necessary to take. If symptoms persist/ don't improve within 2-3 days after starting with the antibiotic, you should go to the doctor or hospital closely to check if the antibiotic is the right choice or if it my need to be switched to a different substance. Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
