Hello,

To get rid of psoriasis of the palms and soles you are suggested to take care of your hygiene. Apply a layer of ointment containing salicylate acid or ointment containing cortico-steroid like Betamethasone dipropionate or hydrocortisone cream for relief. Orally you can take a course of Cyclosporine for faster relief. Take skin care, do not let it get infected. Avoid touching or scratching. Use humidifiers to avoid drying of skin. To stop psoriasis from spreading reduce stress, take healthy diet, take enough sleep and keep your skin moisturized.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
