Suggest Treatment For Prominent Nausea, Cervical Radiculopathy, Loss Of Appetite And Energy

Hi there. I prolapsed T1-C7 disc three weeks ago and have C8 radiculopathy. I was initially prescribed Tramadol 50mgx2 four times daily and Nortriptyline 10mg. I reduced the Tramadol to 200mg total daily after 10 days then 100mg daily for two days then stopped it. I then stopped the Nortiptyline as I have virtually no pain now. Since stopping the meds I have suffered from hot flushes, then chills, feeling like I have the flu (these symptoms now abating) but now prominent nausea, loss of appetite, no energy and tearfulness. I am a usually fit, healthy and energetic 5 5 mum of three weighing 63kgs (approx 130lbs) with no history of depression. Are these withdrawal symptoms? If so, I definitely don t want to go back on them to do a gradual withdrawal but how long will this last?
