Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain And Brown Watery Stool
I had to take Nsaids for a bad back yesterday. Today, I have had a very black watery stool (diarrhea), preceded by brown watery stools (diarrhea) all day long and abdominal pain and burning all day long. Should I get this assessed by doctor immediately, or can I wait a while to see if the symptoms subside?

I really appreciate your concern, first thing you really need to do is stop the NSAID because it might be gastritis due to this drugs, and start taking "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg" once in day, have very light diet, if the symptoms persistence then you need to see the doctor, hope this information helps
