Thank for choosing HCM, I really appreciate your concern for your father but you have not mentioned what kind of disease he has you have just stated problem and disease but did not mentioned the name of it and without this nothing could be said in specific still if this is the cardio-pulmonary pathology then great care need to be taken it could be team work can be done with concern faculties, your detail query would be appreciated, hope this information helps.
