Suggest Treatment For Pressure In The Chest

hello doctor, i have been suffering with my chest for the past one month, i feel something that is very heavy inside my chest, when ever i takes in food or water it goes away immediately and as soon as i finished it comes back. in the hospital i was prescribed with different ulcer medication but it doesnt work. sometimes i experience difficulty in breathing. pls help me out

Hi,

This looks like the typical symptoms of duodenal ulcer if you feel morning hour hunger pain than it gets confirmed.

For that, you need to take proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole. Make sure you take it early morning empty stomach and will not eat for next twenty minutes.

You need to modify your eating habits too. Like avoid oily, spicy and junk food and also avoid a late night meal and alcohol.
