Suggest Treatment For Pressure In Head Caused From An Injury

A couple days ago I was in a car accident and hit the top of my head on the windshield hard enough to crack it. The headaches are pretty much gone but now I m feeling a lot of pressure in my forehead & a little sick.. I didn t go to the hospital then so I was wondering if I should go get checked out

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pressure in head caused from an injury . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like traumatic brain injury , ischemic strokes , brain hemorrhages , meningitis , encephalitis and tumors . I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI along with physical examination . Doctor may prescribe certain medicines like betablockers , frusamide to correctthe odema or recommend surgery .
