Suggest Treatment For Pressure In Chest

I have a discomfort feeling on my right side, above my rib cage...the only way I can describe it is that it s a pressure from inside, and the last time I felt this pressure is when I was pregnant and my kids would push on my rib cage...and no, I m not pregnant...

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Pressure on the chest, whether right or left, requires evaluation with ECG.
2. If normal ECG, the evaluation for gastritis with reflux esophagitis, needs to be thought of. Lung disorder, without breathing difficulties is rare to present with pressure in chest.
3. If there is associated burning pain along with pressure, need to start with proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole along with domperidone is necessary. Need to avoid stress, and any anxiety.
4. Continue with treatment for atleast 3-4 weeks, and symptoms should subside. Avoid anxiety and relaxation is essential.
