Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your heart rate is on lower side that can be reason you can feel it stopping and starting but it can be due to heart rhythm disorder which needs an evaluation to prevent any unpleasant cardiac event. Kindly get an ECG, Echocardiography and a HOLTER ( ambulatory ECG monitoring ) for minimum 48 hours done and consult a Cardiologist for physical evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
