i am 43 year old i seperated from my wife since last three year i have habbit of masturbation since 14 year of age i am smoker i fill my semen not come out with force and urine also i fill ihave ere tile dysfun tion or pre mature ejaculation i masturbate 2 to 3 time a day i am lone please guide me

Because of frequent masturbation you may not be having much semen, and that may be happening due to age also, better have some limit in masturbation, more over some functional condition may be responsible for this, hope this information helps, take care.
