I am a 37 year old man and I have got clear fluid that comes out of my penis when I am aroused. I have done this since my early 20 s but never really thought to much about it. Now I am having trouble keeping my erection and I am wondering if maybe the two go hand and hand, and possibly need to see a doctor?
