I think ive been experiencing high anxiety.. im not sure..i feel like i want to rip my skin off (metiphorically speaking of course) like im crawling in my skin.... I was raped 4 months ago and had a gun pointed at my head 2 months ago nwas told to beg for my life.... I havent been able to sleep right ive been fearful of going into public alone in fear of being sexually attacked again.... Can i go to urgacare for this as i dont have a family dr
