I am a 42 yr old male. when the sensation of wanting a number one or two come I cannot hold it long at all, i have put that down to me now getting on a bit in life. However over the last few months if i need to urinate my rectum really aches and i get pains in my stomach. I am not passing blood nor is my urine a heavy colour and i do drink water regular ( couple of glasses a day)
