Suggest Treatment For Pneumonia In Right Frontal Lobe With Upper Respiratory Infection

I have pneumonia in the right frontal lobe, and thick, mucas producing upper respiratory infection. My primary car dr and ENT dr do not seem concerned. I am on oral steroids, doxycycline, and Dymista. I have probles breathing and catching my breath, especially between midnight and 8 a.m. Any ideas?

You need proper antibiotics according to sputum culture and sensitivity reports, bronchodilators, chest physio to clear secretion and steam inhalation.
