Suggest Treatment For Pneumonia, UTI And Anxiety Disorder

I am a female, almost 21, who has only suffered in the past from multiple bouts of pneumonia and UTIs, and have minor undiagnosed anxiety, that s really the extent of my medical problems. I am 5 1 and weight about 148 lbs, don t smoke, and can probably count on my fingers how many times I ve had alcohol. I have always considered myself as having cankles or carrying alot of weight in my ankles. My right ankle is noticeably larger though. I don t drink enough water everyday (until very recently) I don t excercise very much at all, would consider sedentary with the exception of walking to and from bus and walking on campus when I m at college, or excercising irregularly. So my situation started about a week and a half ago, I had drank a cup of coffee after staying up all night, to keep myself awake (I rarely drink coffee/caffeine) and had been sitting for a long time. My right leg started feeling achy (which has happened in the past), and for whatever reason I worked myself up into thinking I had a blood clot. My mind just immediately went there, and I started having a pounding heart beat from my worry, but no real pain, just waves of panic rushing over me. I went to the ER and they took my vitals and did an EKG and took my blood because the doctor also suspected a Pulminary Embolism, but both tests came back fine. My heartrate was 130 though, I think. He said I had had a panic or anxiety attack and that was that. However, my leg has not stopped feeling weird, there s no real pain but my calf is tender (both my calves have actually always felt sore if squeezed) and my foot gets really cold even if I wear socks. Both my feet get cold, but I think the right one moreso. As far as I can tell, I have no varicose veins, and no red spots and my leg is not hot to the touch. Also, my arm now feels strange, but not in the same way, and my neck as well, but I don t know if this is because I can t stop thinking about it and it s anxiety or if this is sciatica or nerve discomfort. I did have what I expect is a pinched nerve in my neck from sitting at my laptop, but the numbness went away a while ago. I don t think my leg feels numb however, just a weird buzzing feeling which sometimes I think might feel achy. If I move it a certain way it feels more sensitive. It feels like I ve only worked out one leg or something. It s really hard to explain but I can just feel my right side leg (and arm) more than my left side. It is driving me crazy and I don t have enough money to be going to the doctor over and over, especially if this is nothing. Also, I have always had terrible circulation, even in summer, but my right foot now has not turned blue or white or red. Am I right to be concerned? What course of actions should I take? Additional background info: My mom has the same leg type as me (larger ankles, bigger calves) so I assumed they looked big because of genes or oedema or water retention. Although my legs have looked like this for much of my life, her legs were slimmer when she was young. Also, her dad had blood clots in both his legs toward the end of his life, but he smoked and ate badly. I believe his arteries were almost fully clogged by the time he died.
